Before You Begin

• Your AlertNFC product (bracelet, card, or tag)
• A smartphone with NFC capability
• An email address for verification
• About 2 minutes

Step 1: Find Your Order Number

Every AlertNFC product has a unique Order Number printed on it.

Step 2: Tap to Activate

Hold your phone’s NFC area against the tag. A web page opens—no app required.

Step 3: Complete Your Profile

Enter your email, verify with a code, then fill in your information. AlertNFC supports 9 interface languages for the display.

For multiple family members or pets, manage all profiles from one account.

• Use a current photo — Helps verify identity
